Proposal

On Sunday, Jason and I went to the symphony for a space-themed showcase. In addition to Star Wars songs, they played Star Trek, Superman, ET, Apollo 13, and 2001. When 2001 started, Jason looked at me and said, "Wooooooo!"

We went to eat at my favorite restaurant, Ranoush, then to World Fair Pavilion.  Jason asked me to marry him, and I said yes!

I was surprised because since I'm in school, we have NO MONEY. I asked him where he got the ring. It was his mother's.  Later that night, I was talking to Tina on the phone. She knew Jason's plan but didn't know if he asked/I said yes.  We were just talking about mundane stuff for like 15 minutes, then suddenly I said, "Oh! By the way, your ring fits me perfectly. I don't think it needs to be resized at all!"
