Defusing a bomb

Last Thursday, Matt and I rode our bikes up to the Ballroom. The night was gorgeous. Perfect temps. A decent crowd. Also, I had the most delicious vegan chocolate cake that I wanted to bring up to share with Justin. We ordered some beers, played some pinball, and selected some songs from the Jukebox. I saw Dave, who I hadn't seen in months, and started talking to him. I guess I kinda got caught up in my conversation with Dave and ignored Matt. Then some of the Dude's dudes showed up and I saw Matt socializing with them. So, no big deal, I thought.

When Matt was ready to go, he came over to tell me; I was still talking with Dave. I turned around and said, "Let me get my bike." Matt thought I was leaving with Dave and was wanting to get my bike. But really, I was wanting to leave with Matt (our bikes were locked up together outside). So I went to piss once before I left, then went promptly outside to the bike rack...and Matt and his bike were gone! So I hopped on my bike and quickly pedaled back to his house/my car, thinking that I could catch him. But I never saw him! So I put my bike in my car and then my phone went off. Matt sent me a message; it's hard to get the full intention when its just written word and not other verbal cues, but he seemed upset. He was at Lemmon's and told me "You's a ho, ho!" and to "go home with your boy."

I had several choices on how to handle this. I can completely understand how this was easily a misunderstanding. I took the high road. I texted back, "you're silly. Dave and I have been friends for years and he's married." This is all true (although they are currently separated). Then I got in my car and drove to Lemmon's. Matt and 'Hawk were inside, as were a lot of other people. It was pretty late. I went to find Matt by the shuffleboard, and said, "I went to go to the bathroom before we left and when I went outside you were gone! So I raced back to the house thinking I could catch you and when you weren't there, I drove up here!" He was amazed that I was that quick, and seemed to cool down after the misunderstanding that I had (perceived) to ditch him for another. So we hung out at Lemmon's til a little after two.

Matt had his bike, I had my car, and we joked about who could get home quicker. So we left at the same time. I drove up to the house and parked on the street, looking in my side mirror for him to crest the hill. I only beat him by about a minute! He was a little sore about it because he hates to loose! But it was all in fun.

We decided to go across the street to Lew's house and swim in the pool. The air temps were perfect, and the water was a little cold, so we didn't get in all the way. Just sat on the wooden deck with our beers in hand and legs in the water. He was splashing my legs with the water a little bit, then suddenly we both just turned to face each other and started kissing. Believe me when I admit that I had not forgotten about how much I enjoy kissing him, how soft and full his lips are, or how both us just seem to just fit perfectly together. But it was nice to be able to stop reminiscing and get back to it for real.

We hung out at the pool until our beers were gone, then ran back across the street to his house. We ended up going to his room and kissing some more and things escalated from there. I know I go into details on my other posts, but I don't want to go into details in this post at this time, but it was the most satisfying, hottest encounter in years, possibly ever. It was totally awesome and hot and the best in years back in January before he had to move away for a bit, and this session blew those completely out of the water! He is and does everything I want out of an encounter, and I am sure that I do the same for him. He ended up getting off three times, which is absolutely incredible! I came numerous times, and he gets so into it when I go; I'm really happy that he gets excited about it and that makes me want to do it more. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I have not been able to stop thinking about it all week.

short and sweet

Long story short, Matt and I banged out at his new house and it was the most satisfying, hottest encounter in years, quite possibly of all time thus far! Will post full recap later!

Second Helping

Okay, so I posted about the lackluster encounter with Biff two months ago. Neither of us got back to the other about a repeat performance, but I agreed to shoot a wedding on Saturday for extra cash. After the reception, I went to Lemmons to see Half Raptor and Sink The Bismark. It was a good show! There was a lot of people there. And since I had to go to the reception and didn't get finished until nearly 11, it was nice it was a super late show and I still saw three of the bands.

I got pretty blitzed at the show and I have no idea what happened, but I ended up back at the Manor and sat downstairs with 'Hawk, Biff, John, and Tim. We were watching some crazy show on Netflix. Some smoke when around, and I took a drag off it...twice. I immediately started speeding balls. My fingers and toes started spazzing and my heart was up in my throat. Biff came and sat down on the couch by me and actually sat on my feet to get me to stop fidgiting so badly. Then he started to rub my legs, and I let him. He just gently rubbed my legs for a long time.

We were both pretty lit up and went upstairs. I wasn't particularly psyched on it, but I guess I just like sex. Or I was on drugs. Or all of the above! We banged out for a long time, only banging and kissing. No oral, no finger magic, just in-out-in-out. This was much better than the first time and I enjoyed it more, but I still did not get off! Biff blasted three times! Incredible. Even he said so. After, I let him hold me close/cuddle under the covers with the A/C blasting ice cold air right on our bare skin. I did this for his courtesy; I know from the first time, that he likes to cuddle, because I was all ready to scoot to my side of the bed and pass the eff out, and he like, "What? No cuddling? I love to cuddle!"

I actually kind of liked it, too. His skin was super soft and he was warmer than me, and the A/C was SO COLD!

Next day, he texted me that he had a nice time. I texted back that I did, too. Which is true. But I still don't think either of us will be holding our breath for round three.

into it/over it/into it

Dopamines record release show was in Chicago at Subterranean this past Saturday. I'm kinda waaaay over that band; not into the new songs too much. I've also been kinda super depressed and didn't feel like going. However, I had agreed to drive up several months earlier and the car was full. Not wanting to leave everyone stranded, I decided to go up anyway and just visit friends and not even go to the show.

That morning I went to the gym and lifted for 90min, including 12 x RDL at 115, a personal best! On my way home, I stopped at a car wash in town because I still had opossum guts on the grill from when 'Hawk and I drove to C-dale nearly two months ago! Got the car spotless and drove into the city to pick up Dave, Dave, and Daren.

Car ride up was smooth sailing, which was a huge surprise. We saw The Holy Shakes at a gas station around mile 225 and they gave us pins. We didn't hit any traffic into the city and went straight to Ben's house. We hung for a few, went to get delicious 90 Mile, and pre-partied at the house.

I was actually feeling really good, and since Roy had to work late, I decided to go to the show. It was not nearly as crowded as I thought. Saw lots of friends, and also didn't see a few not-friends, which was awesome. Business Papers played first and was fucking awesome. It lasted like 12 minutes and was not at all what I was expecting, but pleasently surprising.

Second was Doppleganger. Their songs are growing on me. It's just...different.

Sass Dragons were third and it was obvious that (nearly) everyone in attendance was there for their set. I personally didn't give a shit! I went up to the balcony and watched from over the ledge.

Dopas were last, I feel a fair number of people had cleared out. I was down on the floor, in my usual spot, at the back edge of the pit, ready to sing along and dance. Had a full beer. Two songs in, I'm minding my own business, and I get shoved into the pit. So I back up into my spot, minding my own business, and I get shoved again into the pit. So I. back up to near where I was standing before, minding my own business, and I get shoved again! So I turn around and grab the arm of the girl who is shoving me and yank toward the pit. She resists, so I yank again and tease her about not wanting to go into the pit. Then I sprinkled my beer on her like she was a bad cat getting sprayed with a water gun, then a shook my entire beer up into the air over everyone and tossed the empty up on the stage!! Then I went into the pit anyway for the rest of the set!! And no one bothered me anymore for rest of the show, which is what I wanted.

Now, this is not the first time I have been shoved while minding my own business, and my usual response is to grab the person and pull them into the pit with me. Flashforward, next morning, STL crew rendevouz at Ben's house and recap the show. I tell this story and Wipfler was like, "That was you?! That girl is (so-and-so's) girlfriend and I saw her during Dopamines crying, saying some girl had been mean to her." I told him she didn't tell the part where she was acting like a little 15 year old bitch who had never been to a show before and brought it upon herself. We had a good laugh. Apparently, she does this all the time--go to shows and acts tough and is an idiot about it and gets hurt. Fuck her. Crying? Really? Because some one was "mean to (her)? What are we in elementary school? Fuuuuuck.

Ok, backtrack, after the show, Roy came and picked me up and we went to see Lauren at The Continental. It was quiet when we first got there, but then people started filing in around 2am. We went home and I slept upstairs in Melanie's room. Woke up super early but didn't have plans to meet with Booker for Handlebar until 10. Luckily, I had a Cliff Bar in my purse to hold me over. I didn't get to shower because Mogan was puking so badly!! So I showed up at Handlebar int the same clothes from the night before, reeking of booze, beer in my hair and on my shirt. Goodness, I was so excited to get those Biscuits and Gravy in my mouth!! Oh, I mean, goodness, I was so excited to meet up with my number one crush. He's an effing Adonis. We had great conversation and hung around a good twenty or so minutes inside after we were done eating then a good ten minutes outside on the street.

After brunch, I went to be lazy with a very hungover Carl. We laid next to each other listening to music and talking. It was really nice. He wanted to fool around, but I wasn't feeling it to much at first, then I started to get into it. But I was not able to get off. I headed back to Ben's house; everyone was ready to leave. We stopped at Logan Hardware on our way to 94 and I ran into Nate P coming out of the arcade room! It was such a pleasant surprise! I hadn't seen him in easily three years. When we parted, we first kind of awkwardly shook hands, but then I hugged him and said, "we are friends! We can hug each other goodbye!"

Dave, Dave, Daren and I headed back to STL. I was super exhausted; don't know how I didn't fall asleep the last two hours. It was a quick little blitz trip, and I'm glad I went. I def felt a lot better after getting out of STL, and I'm looking forward to going back up, hopefully on a long weekend.
