new haircut

Got my hair cut tonight. It's the same asymmetrical style as I've had for the past year and a half, which I like. I have been parting it on the other side, though.

I watched Anna Karenina again tonight, the 2013 one. I am going on record here that it is a top 5 for me. I figured I would like it because it is from the same team who did Pride & Prejudice, which is also a top 5 for me. KK is my girl!! I will admit that when I saw the trailer, I was somewhat suspicious about the casting decision for Vronsky, but ATJ was excellent. In fact, he was mesmorizing. The way he moved on the screen...I didn't want to take my eyes off it!

I loved the look of the film, too. From the theater set to the costuming/styling. Excellently executed.

I think when I take the DVD back to the store tomorrow, I am going to buy it. Because I will definitely watch it again.

productive at being non-productive

Productive Saturday.

Cleaned the house.
Went to Penzy's and bought some sweet curry and 4oz of parsely. Ashley hooked it up with some cinnamon.
Went the hardware store and purchased two hooks and some chain to hang to stained glass.
Went to the video store and signed up. Received 50% discount on first two rentals.
Went to the fabric store and was overwhelmed with the amount of fabric available to purchase to sew curtains.
Went to the library, returned two I read, checked out one new one.
Came home and watched one of the movies.
Successful bang out sesh.
Made dinner, watered the flowers, and watched the second movie.
Rumspringer on the Spotify.

So, last Friday I went to box and one of the trainers I had not seen in probably.....six months.....was back. We said hello to each other, then he commented that I looked like I had slimmed up a bit.

I was exceptionally flattered to hear this and started smiling!

Then tonight, I went to Granny-panties house and we ate a whole (vegan) pizza, a bag of vegetable chips, and I ate a piece of Chicago Diner chocolate cake.

So...so much for the slimmed up a bit part, huh?! HAAAAHAHAHA!

I guess at the time I didn't think this was hilarious, but when I told Carl about it yesterday, he was dyyyying laughing!

So, last week, while having sex, the condom came off inside of me. I was straddling the guy and couldn't crane my neck that far to see, so he said, "Here....Let me get that." And in one motion, he hooked a finger into my pussy and retrieved the condom a la "clearing the airway" that we were all taught in CPR class.

I guess when I put it that way, it is pretty funny.
