Birthday cruise

After everything that went down with work last month, Jason and I decided to get out of town. 

It was my birthday last weekend, and we booked a last minute unsold cruise cabin. We did a quick little cruise from Port Canaveral to Nassau.  We left on Thursday afternoon, doesn't Friday in The Bahamas, then Saturday was a day at sea.

The weather was beautiful, the waves smooth, and overall, it was a relaxing time.

In Nassau, we took a ferry to a private island, where we did a stingray meet and greet, then went out on sea kayaks, and just chilled on a private beach. The water was freezing but a beautiful turquoise.  As is the case with every place I visit for vacation, I now want to live there! Haha!
