So Truesdale called me on Saturday night because Mickey was having a 30th birthday party up at Tiny's. I was a little apprehensive about going b/c I had not seen a majority of people from high school in over twelve years.

So I went to pick up John and we headed to the party. Jeez, dang near everyone had really seemed to let themselves go. And a lot are married and have kids. That is fine; I just chose a different path.

Anyway, John insisted on hitting the shots, and we ordered round after round of Rumpleminz. Next thing I now, I woke up freezing cold at 3:45am in the passenger seat of my car, parked in John's driveway, puke everywhere, glasses broken, AFV beer koozie MIA.

And that is why I should know better than to drink liquor!

San Diego, I think I am in love with you!

Awesome Fest Five was fucking amazing! San Diego is fucking amazing! Crazy party weekend. Delicious veg food, awesome hang outs, new friends, great bands, beautiful weather! New goal is to get out there permanently!

I actually came home and dropped out of my orgo chem II class and switched my major to nursing so I could get out there more quickly and easily!

The bay is beautiful! That bridge going to Coronado is inspiring! I got a cab to take me to the Lafayette. The entire ride I was looking at the amazing scenery out the window. The mountains, the bay, boats everywhere, the Spanish architecture, different types of trees/flowers/bushes. It was so new, and I was so excited!

The Lafayette was pretty badass. I got a whole suite to myself. It was two rooms in one. Kinda silly that I was in there by myself all weekend. The pool was awesome.

I am excited to go back!
